Memorial Weekend 2014

I just love Memorial Day.  We have a tradition of going camping each year.  We go rain or shine, but it seems we get rained on A LOT.  Not this year!  We had a little sprinkle one of the days but that was all.  We had a fabulous time.  Chris brought Torrie and the boys; Cashelle and A.J.'s family was there; and so was Lacey and Landon's.  We had a terrific camping experience.  I didn't get a picture of the Holey Ball Tournament, but Lacey and I were the winners!  We had fabulous food, S'Mores, glow sticks, hikes, 4-wheeler rides.  We really enjoyed ourselves.

The kids helped haul wood.

Devil's Ribs--I used to play here when I was little.

Easter Weekend 2014

Awwww, the annual Easter get together.  We always have so much fun.  Everyone looks forward to the Easter weekend.  We color eggs, roll eggs, throw eggs, hide eggs, eat eggs, and just have a fabulous time.  I love family time.
Curt made a scrumptous breakfast for everyone.  Mom, Kelly, and Dave were invited, too.  Bacon, sausage, eggs, hashbrowns--who could ask for anything more?
Chris's new friend, Torrie Brown, came to visit.

Watch out, Thomas!

Building the egg trail.

Hoe, hoe, hoe!

Having fun yet!

I want to squeeze that cute face!

Here we come!

There's mine!

Gravel before the driveway got poured.

Cashelle and Lacey told the Easter Story using little props in eggs.  The kids were really enthralled and amazed to hear about the first Easter.  It was awesome.
