International Bike Race Comes to Utah!

I forget the name of the race, but we had a huge bike race come through Utah.  We traveled to Richfield where the race started, and then hurried back to Manti to see them come through.  They ended up in Payson for this leg of the race.  We almost didn't make it through Salina.  They weren't going to let us through, but I talked a policeman into letting us go ahead.
