Sea World 2012

What a fun time we had at Sea World this summer.  We decided to stop and pick Cody up in Cedar City and take him with us on our trip to California so he could visit his cousins.  The picture above is Spencer, Curt, and Cody.  The picture below is a family pose, minus me.
 Family pose minus Cashelle.

Curt got tired and sat in the stroller--funny man.
 What should we do next?

 Bestest cousins.
When we first went in, we decided to see Shamu first, but we had to wait a while so we visited a dolphin tank.
Audrey and Coy looking at a starfish pool.
Cody decided to pick one up, after some coaxing.
Here we are, waiting for the Shamu show.  Cashelle took the picture.
Down below in the "soak" zone was the rest of the family.  When Cody found out he might get wet, he came back up with Curt, Cashelle, Madalynn, and I.  Shamu really splashed, but these guys didn't get too wet.
Waiting for the show to begin.
 Finally, Shamu!

Spencer, A.J., Cody, and Thomas walking to our next event.  Look how cute--Cody and Thomas holding hands.
Next, we visited a dolphin show.  Look at this dolphin high in the air!

The seal exhibit was a lot of fun.  A.J. bought the kids fish to feed them.  A seagull stole one of Cody's fish.  They were so funny.  This one was so vocal, he got fed the most.
Waiting for another presentation to begin.  A.J. and Audrey in the "soak" zone.
Before the show began, there was a fellow that was part of the show entertaining the audience.  Madalynn got in on his presentation.  He would have her move up to him, back, up again.  Finally he put his hands down and wanted her to jump in them so he could toss her into the water.  Madalynn quickly sat down.
Sleeping polar bear.  In this exhibit, you could walk into what a polar bear den would look like.  When Cody walked in, a big roar came over the loudspeaker.  I've never seen a kid run so fast!
 Watching the white beluga whales.
 Looking at sea creature bnes.
When we left the shark exhibit (I didn't get any pictures there), we got to see a flamingo parade.  They would drag their heads on the ground as they walked.  You can see a few doing this in the picture.
We visited a bat stingray tank.  Most of us got to touch one.  Cody and Thomas are showing how big these bat rays can get.
 Audrey . . .
 Madalynn.
Visiting Sea World was so much fun.  We had a great time.  I'll post other pictures of our trip a little bit later.
